​Melissa Gaskin is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, NBC-HWC, partnering with clients as they navigate health goals while implementing nutritional shifts, managing stress, and increasing movement. In her customized approach, she supports clients with whole food nutrition, breath work/mindful practices, grocery store tours and home edits. This collaboration with clients creates a sustainable, whole-health approach to wellness that is bio-individual to each client.
